We are seeking a Growth Marketer to assist our team in implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and have a strong interest in growth marketing.

**Key Responsibilities
**

Assist in setting up and managing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.
Support the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns.
Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators.
Assist in managing marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of Lifecycle Email
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
