Associate Director - Public Sector Business Development Manager

Manage key client relationships with C-level executives by communicating effectively with delivery team members, client management, and project stakeholders on status, issues, timelines, goals, and outcomes. Co-lead / participate in internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up, including quarterly business reviews with the client. Eloquently represent Nagarro’s unique value proposition by developing a deep understanding of Nagarro’s service portfolio and consultatively presenting it to prospects and existing clients. Track metrics around account sales performance and customer satisfaction. Create, implement, and track relationship roadmaps and Key Account Plans. Experiment with and implement relevant tools; campaigns; and work cross-functionally with the marketing team, sales team, business unit teams, and other functions. Own and manage master service agreements for key accounts and drive contract negotiations with procurement and IT customers. Support new client acquisition as needed.
