Position Purpose 

As a Senior Product Manager at Aspira, you will play a key role in shaping the design of our innovative software products.  You will lead the design and development of several products and features including but not limited to a comprehensive set of administrative and accounting applications and features (booking management, payments, POS, new consumer experiences, inventory management and more) for an enterprise SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, account managers, and engineering to define requirements, create prototypes, and ensure the platform meets our high standards for reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. 

  • Customer & Product Insight: Develop deep understanding of customer usage; create and maintain documentation and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and requirements aligned with company goals and market needs.
  • Roadmap & Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI to create prototypes and manage a strategic, resource-aligned product roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, account management team, and marketing to deliver features, drive a seamless client migration experience, ensure compliance (payments/security), and optimize for mobile/offline use.
  • Delivery, Communication & Governance: Lead testing and iteration cycles, communicate progress to stakeholders, and uphold company policies, ethics, and data security standards**.**

Desired Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or similar is a plus. 
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on online booking systems or similar software and a strong knowledge of reservation management, online booking systems, payment processing, and offline functionality requirements. 
  • Proven ability to build and manage product requirements for complex, multi-functional platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to work within agile development methodologies across multiple teams
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma preferred, but open to experience with Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite, and using AI, such as Claude, to rapidly prototype and other proficiency in prototyping tools (Lovable would be great!). Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

 

Desired Hardware and Software Competency 

  • Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Expertise in creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Framer. 
  • Proficiency with web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications. 
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Lucid, Slack, Trello, or Asana. 
  • Office Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum travel expectancy is 25% of the time and could be more.
