Synder is already a working, revenue-generating product used daily by ~5,000 businesses. Now we’re looking for someone who can take it further - grow MRR, improve retention, and reduce churn in a meaningful, measurable way.
We’re hiring a Head of Product who wants real ownership - not just roadmap management, but actual impact on the business.

We’re flexible here:
- You can join right away on a consulting / hourly basis
- And move into a full-time role from July
EU location is a must (we collaborate closely and occasionally meet in person).

What you'll do:
Own and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
Take full responsibility for MRR growth, retention, and churn reduction
Lead and mentor Product team and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver impact
Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions
Define and track core SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, activation)
Improve onboarding, activation, and long-term product engagement
Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of product quality, scalability, and user experience
What we expect:
- 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS companies
- Proven experience leading product teams and mentoring PMs
- Strong ownership of business metrics (MRR, retention, churn)
- Experience managing and scaling mature, revenue-generating products
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Excellent communication skills (English C1+)
- Comfortable working directly with founders/executives
- Based in the European Union (mandatory)
Nice to have:
- Experience in accounting, fintech, or payments
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite
- Background in e-commerce or integrations-heavy products
