The Sales Team @ Pave Pave's sales team is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help accelerate our growth and expand our compensation network. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy, prospecting into HR and Finance leaders and opening conversations about how companies can revolutionize their approach to compensation. This role offers unique exposure to founders, investors, and industry leaders while helping shape the future of compensation technology. What You'll Do Create new business sales cycles with prospects that expand Pave's compensation network Use a variety of channels, including cold calls, Linkedin, & Email to connect with our target personas Deliver a fast & high quality experience to inbound prospects interested in Pave’s software platform Partner with Account Executives to strategically map accounts and deliver relevant, engaging content What You'll Bring Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong track record of consistent success across various academics, athletics, work, or internships. 0Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented settings. High level of curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to learn. You have a track record of taking initiative, proactively solving problems, and driving measurable impacts. Targeted cash compensation for this role: $65,000 (Base) + $30,000 (Variable) = $95,000 OTE
