It powers everything from the restaurant’s website, online ordering, CRM, POS, and more. Using Owner should feel like having a team of great operators, engineers, and marketers working for you. Where we work: Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Most teammates are distributed globally. This role requires 5 days in office based out of our 185 Spadina Ave office location. The impact you will have: Build and lead a world-class team of sales and business development representatives; Become an expert in our product and industry; Lead from the front by co-selling with reps; Coach and develop your team; Inspire your team to be great; Identify opportunities and execute projects; Partner with cross-functional teams. Minimum requirements: Direct first line management experience in software (SMB preferred); strong references; commitment to growth; consultative, customer-first sales approach; fast-paced environment; excellent communication; experience with restaurants is a plus. Pay and benefits: The estimated yearly total cash compensation for this role is $165,000 base + $65,000k variable ($230,000 OTE CAD) & uncapped commission, equity, health coverage, unlimited PTO, etc.
