Role: Creator Marketing Manager for YouTube Shorts in India. Lead GTM strategy, manage influencer campaigns, creator recruitment and optimization, cross-functional collaboration, experimentation and analysis. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end GTM strategy for YouTube Shorts in India, managing influencer campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies, media partners, talent labels, and internal teams, paid media integration, growth engines to recruit and optimize creator participation across YouTube products, ensuring brand guidelines while maintaining local cultural relevance, monitoring trends, collaborating with APAC Marketing and Global Social teams, presenting performance to senior leadership, designing and running marketing experiments, translating analytics into insights.
