We’re looking for a Rockstar Staff Product Manager to join our Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team. In this role, you will plan and execute the ISPM product roadmap, deliver a growing portfolio of advanced capabilities, and act as a product champion for the future of identity security.

What you will be doing:

• Define the Roadmap: Build and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the company’s objectives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, and stakeholders to prioritize features, develop user stories, and drive delivery.
• Author Clear Requirements: Translate ideas into clear product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion the User Experience: Analyze customer pain points to design user-loved solutions.
• Optimize Product Quality: Drive the defect triage process to ensure stability.
• Empower Go-to-Market Teams: Enable sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Accelerate Delivery: Monitor releases to optimize velocity.
• Innovate Continuously: Monitor trends to differentiate the platform. What you bring:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in Product Management/PO with track record of delivering software products.
• Technical Fluency: Advanced SQL skills and ability to discuss technical requirements with engineering.
• Product Methodologies: Expertise in agile development and product management.
• Analytical & Design Skills: Data-backed decisions with UX/UI understanding.
• Global Collaboration: Strong communication and leadership across time zones.
• Preferred domain knowledge in Posture, IAM, IGA, or PAM; understanding of LLMs and experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra.
