Senior Design Manager

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a talented team of designers to achieve their best work.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to align design strategies with business goals.

  • Manage multiple design projects from conception through to delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our designs fresh and competitive.

  • Foster a positive and open work environment that encourages creative thinking and teamwork.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in design management, with a proven track record leading successful design projects and teams.

  • Strong knowledge of design principles, tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma), and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Passion for design and innovation, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
