Network Engineer

The Role\n\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to design, deploy, and enable our global corporate network across offices in APAC. You’ll be the technical expert for physical and virtual networking architecture, driving automation, and ensuring our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and vendor-agnostic. This role will partner closely with Corporate Technology, Network Security, and Security Engineering and requires the ability to travel within APAC to support our regional offices.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n* Architect and implement LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and Wi-Fi for multiple global offices.\n* Manage Cisco Meraki switches/routers and APs, while staying vendor-agnostic for future integrations.\n* Implement and manage Wi-Fi EAP (Enterprise Authentication), certificate-based authentication, and enforce zero-trust access controls.\n* Plan and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi, including RF design, surveys, and performance tuning.\n* Build secure cloud and hybrid networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n* Automate deployments and configuration management with Python, Ansible, and IaC tools (Terraform, GitOps).\n* Implement observability and alerting; drive improvements in MTTR and service reliability.\n* Support compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) with configs, change control, and documentation.\n* Travel regionally (approx. 25–40% during buildouts) for on-site deployments and architecture reviews.\n\nWho You Are\n\n* 8–10+ years in enterprise networking, with multi-site design and operations experience.\n* Deep expertise in routing, switching, and segmentation.Proven experience with Cisco networking technology, especially Cisco Meraki.\n* Proficient in Python and Ansible for automation.\n* Skilled in NAC/RADIUS integrations with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD).\n* Strong understanding of certificate-based authentication, EAP, and zero-trust architectures.\n* Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and leadership skills.\n* Willing and able to travel internationally for deployments.\n\nNice to Have:\n\n* Cloud networking depth (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n* Experience with SASE/ZTNA platforms(Cloudflare/Zscaler).\n* Professional certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc.).
