About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Manager to grow our affiliate and partnership network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing high-value deals, and has a strong understanding of performance marketing, the iGaming industry and affiliate ecosystems.

You will play a key role in expanding our partner portfolio, optimizing existing relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple verticals and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Identify and onboard new commercial partners
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and offers 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities
  • Manage inbound sales leads and optimize the conversion funnel
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnerships, and market insights
  • Support commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels
  • Represent the company at international conferences and networking events
  • Take ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong CRM skills, preferably from HubSpot
