Requirements

Extensive experience (typically at least 5 years) leading medium to large-scale implementation projects, including both greenfield and brownfield initiatives.
Experience with SAP implementations will be considered an advantage.
Either of the following certifications: Prince2, PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager or Agile Practitioner as well as Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification is considered an advantage.
Experience working within the Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SAP CALM, etc.).
An amicable personality with the ability to talk to anyone from C-level stakeholders to junior employees, while being a mindful servant leader.
Ability to keep deadlines and budgets, while juggling several projects and project streams.
Experience with vendor management and contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities

Ensure the project is on track in relation to time, scope and budget.
Liaison between all stakeholders in the projects and ensure they are on the same page.
Track, report and prepare relevant data to our client, our financial department and our management.
Ensure the project method and our SOPs are being followed in a way that brings value for our clients.
Assist in coordination of everything from scoping to daily tasks, risk management and much more.
Contribute to the development of the Project Management Unit and our various internal improvement projects.
