- Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a reservations agent for flight, hotels, transfers (car, bus, or train), visas, etc.
- Experience in a travel and tours agency
- Advanced skill in booking/reservations through any GDS like Amadeus
