About the job: Assistant Store Manager - Inventory (Glorietta Makati) | Onsite\n\nTarget Start Date: 1st week of February 2026\n\nShift: Fixed Night shift with 2 days off\n\nWork Setup: 100% Onsite (Glorietta Makati) \n\nBenefits: \n* 5 SL credits, 10 VL credits\n* HMO (Available on Day 1)\n* Group Life Insurance\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Store managers are skilled in motivating, developing, and leading large teams while maintaining a strong focus on values, behaviors, and effective communication.\n* Leading with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically, interpret data, and respond swiftly to changing business and customer demands.\n* Have a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively as a team player.\n* Strong attention to detail, supported by excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining store productivity and efficiency.\n* Remain composed under pressure, able to adapt to challenging situations and maintain a high level of self-control.\n* Remain open to feedback, focused on self-improvement, and driven to identify opportunities to enhance team and business performance.\n\nRequirements:\n\n* 100% okay with being on a fixed night shift schedule in any of the aforementioned store locations\n* Experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Pace Tool, DC Reporting) to track performance and support decision-making and planning.\n* Has leadership and change management skills with a focus on team-building and effective communication to foster a positive work culture.\n* Able to do financial analysis, store budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning\n* Prior store inventory experience not required
