We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who excels at the intersection of technical execution and strategic problem-solving. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a clear growth trajectory as our team and business operations continue to scale. In this role, you are a technical partner to the business. You will take the lead in discovering operational challenges within the organization, identifying hidden pain points, and translating them into robust technical solutions that improve internal processes. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining high-performance Web Applications and Microservices following MVC architecture using Python (FastAPI) and HTML/JavaScript, architecting and implementing internal services and integrations following REST best practices, acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, researching and adopting new tools to automate processes, and managing the full software development lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
