In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.\n\nSchedule\n\n* Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM (In-home)\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n* Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home\n* Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA\n* Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors\n* Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA\n* Attend required team meetings and training sessions\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n* Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25/hour\n* Training and support to obtain RBT certification\n* Career growth opportunities within the ABA field\n* PTO and sick time (part-time accrual)\n* Mileage reimbursement\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\n* High school diploma or equivalent\n* Experience working with children\n* Passion for supporting children with special needs\n* Reliable transportation\n* Experience working with high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors)\n* Background in early intervention (ages 2–6)\n* In-home experience required\n* Active CPR certification (Required)\n* RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds\n* Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods\n* Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children\n\nAbout Us – KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health Company\n\nKB Behavioral Health partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
