The Talent

We are seeking a driven and data-oriented Demand Generation Lead to own and optimize the full-funnel growth engine across paid media, content touchpoints, partner channels, and events.

This role will support agency relationships before transitioning into greater in-house ownership of performance marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate understands how to connect marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue, and can confidently collaborate with Sales and strategic partners (NetSuite & Salesforce ecosystems) to drive measurable growth.

The Commitment

  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, content syndication, and events to drive qualified leads.
  • Manage agency relationships initially, with a roadmap toward increased in-house ownership.
  • Own budget allocation, testing strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Track and improve CPL, CAC, MQL quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline.
  • Map and optimize content touchpoints across the buyer journey.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality and conversion feedback loops.
  • Build clear reporting on lead sources, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and revenue attribution.
  • Build and nurture marketing relationships within the NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities, webinars, and joint campaigns with partners.
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline impact.
  • Lead marketing strategy for industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage event promotion, execution logistics, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
  • Measure event ROI and pipeline impact.

The Essentials

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing or in a similar role
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing in B2B setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads required).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and revenue alignment.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into growth strategy.
  • Experience within NetSuite or Salesforce partner ecosystems is a plus.

Compensation: 75,000 - 90,000
