As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you´ll be the friendly expert our Dutch-speaking customers rely on. You will:

• Engage with customers via phone, email & chat

• Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued

• Log and track cases with accuracy and care

• Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding experience

What You Bring:

• Fluent / C2 Dutch you express yourself naturally and confidently

• Strong B2 English to collaborate with your international team

• A people-first mindset paired with excellent communication

• Tech-savvy attitude and the ability to multitask with ease

• A passion for helping others and creating positive experiences
