Account Manager - Marketing

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven background in a marketing agency environment to manage key client relationships and drive campaign success. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4+ years of agency-side account management experience who understands the pace, structure, and expectations of working with multiple clients and cross-functional marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts within a marketing agency setting

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction

  • Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to execute campaigns

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews

  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and briefs

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations

  • 3–4+ years of account management experience within a marketing or digital agency (non-negotiable)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, content)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment

  • Experience handling international clients (UK/US markets preferred)

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
