Role Overview

We are hiring a Russian-speaking Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with partners across Russian-speaking and CIS markets. This role focuses on account ownership, partner success, and commercial growth, ensuring a high-quality experience before, during, and after Affiliate Grand Slam events.

You’ll work closely with the Sales team to support closed deals, nurture accounts, and unlock long-term value through strong relationship management and structured CRM ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Partner Success

  • Manage a portfolio of Russian-speaking partners across affiliates, operators, and service providers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Ensure partners are fully supported, informed, and engaged from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Commercial & CRM Ownership

  • Maintain accurate account data, communications, and deal status in HubSpot CRM.
  • Support the sales pipeline by assisting with renewals, expansions, and repeat participation.
  • Track partner feedback and performance to inform future commercial strategy.

Market Expertise & Relationship Building

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers in Russian-speaking and CIS markets.
  • Understand regional market dynamics, partner needs, and commercial expectations.
  • Provide market insights to improve positioning, pricing, and partner experience.

Event & On-Site Support

  • Support partners on-site during events, ensuring smooth execution and high satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in account management, partnerships, or client services within iGaming, affiliate marketing, or events.
  • Strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
