KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Air Freight Operations

• Coordinate import and export air cargo activities at the airport terminal between airlines, terminal warehouse, customs, delivery/pickup trucks.
• Monitor cargo arrival, breakdown, buildup, and delivery schedules
• Supervise and ensure cargo is loaded/unloaded to delivery/pickup trucks according to FIATA rules

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between:
  • Airlines
  • Terminal warehouse
  • Customs
  • Delivery/pickup trucks
  • Trans Globe internal operations
• Communicate shipment status updates to internal teams

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure document handling at the airport terminal between airlines, terminal warehouse, customs, delivery/pickup trucks, Trans Globe internal operations and customer's representatives.

• Support inspections and audits when required.

Problem Solving & Escalation

• Identify operational issues such as:
  • Cargo damage
  • Missing or delayed shipments
  • Documentation errors
• Escalate critical issues promptly to Trans Globe internal operations and coordinate corrective actions

Safety & Quality

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards at the terminal
• Support continuous improvement of terminal handling processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or airport cargo operations
• Understanding of air freight operations and airport terminal processes
• Knowledge of basic customs procedures
• Coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with freight forwarding systems (e.g., Logitude, CargoWise, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Based primarily at Tashkent airport cargo terminal

Compensation: UZS 15,000,000 gross
