Increase Red Bull share and ED category

  • Analyzing category sales, margins, and inventory turnover;
  • Optimizing the assortment matrix;
  • Managing pricing and promotional effectiveness;
  • Monitoring the market and competitors;
  • Preparing analytical reports and recommendations.

Analytic and Negotiation Responsibility

  • Key contact (Wingman) for the Onboarding Period;
  • Cultivating, caring for and building up the network with Red Bull’s Key Stakeholders (e.g. trade marketing, Sales department) as well as promoting cooperation;
  • Constant Know-How Transfer and involvement in the OFP meetings (preparation and implementation);
  • Analysis of the area and account specific business to find new opportunities;
  • Ensure implementation of execution standards and “look like number 1”;
  • Promote cooperation and liaise with key stakeholders in the area;
  • Constructive feedback based on observations.
