On this position you will be responsible for all legal matters of the company, including compliance, risk management, contracts, intellectual property, court proceedings, corporate governance and providing legal support to top management. The role involves strategic participation in business development, scaling the legal function in line with company growth, and influencing key business decisions at the top management level.

Responsibilities:

Management and development of the legal team.
Interaction with law enforcement and state authorities of Ukraine.
Protection of the company's intellectual property.
Providing legal support and consultations to management.
Ensuring compliance and risk management.
Supporting the finance team on tax law issues.
Supporting the supply chain team on customs legislation.
Legal support of operations in Ukraine.
Advising top management on legal issues.

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing companies with international presence.
Strong business-oriented thinking.
Excellent knowledge of corporate law and experience supporting activities in international markets.
Developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills; ability to reach agreements and build understanding with colleagues and international partners.
Openness, cultural adaptability, high ethics and integrity.
Confidence, professionalism, responsibility and reliability.
Result-oriented, ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
