Support Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities:

● To provide support and maintain existing application using Java and/or more programming language.

● To translate functional and design requirements into desired solutions.

● To provide an end-to-end technical support to clients.

● To be involved in existing application change requests.

● To be involved in development and execution of test scenarios for functional system integration.

● To perform product development documentation. Requirements:

● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

● Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.

● Required Skills: JAVA, J2SE or J2EE, JSP

● Database: MySQL & MS SQL

● Operating System: Windows & Linux

● Willing to work on weekend (subject to shift) and night shift for deployment. Allowance will be provided.

● Database knowledge of any MySQL/NOSQL/ORACLE including experience working with procedures, triggers and indexes.

● Experience in mobile application development and any other programming language is an added advantage.

● A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under a tight schedule with minimal supervision.
