We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. During the initial onboarding period (first 3 weeks), the role will require full on-site presence to ensure effective integration with the team and business processes. After this period, the position will transition to a hybrid work model with 3 days per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and queries
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports
Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.)
Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions and resolve data-related issues
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Document processes, data models, and reporting solutions

Nice to have:

Experience with large-scale data environments
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (nice to have)
Microsoft certifications related to Power BI or data analytics
