W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health—an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology. This role is with our next stealth venture that we are building in Preventive Health.

About the role
In this role, you will own the clinic on-boarding, training clinic staff, maintaining relationships with HCPs and identifying new clinics for on-boarding. You will develop access and adoption by aligning a clear territory plan with real-world customer needs, ensuring our solution is adopted by clinics who need them most.
You will join a fast-moving, collaborative team that pairs rigorous evidence with practical, on-the-ground execution. Here, your judgment, pace and relationship-building will translate directly outcomes and sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor identification & onboarding
Identify and prioritize clinics/doctors within the territory
Conduct fitment checks based on business potential and alignment with our model
Engage with doctors, pitch the platform, and drive onboarding
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
2. Sales execution & market development
Execute the defined market strategy and territory plan for onboarding clinics onto the platform
Drive doctor engagement through regular field interactions and pitching the business model
Monitor market performance against onboarding objectives and take timely corrective actions to sustain momentum
Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand clinic practices, competition, and demand trends
Use market insights to refine targeting, positioning, and execution approach
3. Account management & adoption
Manage relationships with onboarded clinics and doctors
Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and initial setup
Drive continued engagement and adoption of the platform
Act as the primary point of contact for clinics and resolve day-to-day issues
4. Vendor & supply coordination
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and partners involved in fulfilment
Track inventory, demand, and supply movement
Ensure timely fulfilment and minimal operational gaps
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve execution challenges
5. Data & performance tracking
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of doctor interactions, onboarding status, and follow-ups
Ensure discipline in customer data, call reports, and engagement tracking
Track onboarding funnel and territory performance against targets
Identify gaps in conversion, onboarding, or engagement and take corrective actions
What we’re looking for
4-5 years of experience in Health tech / medtech / SaaS sales or sales operations
Experience in pitching and onboarding doctors/clinics
Ability to understand and sell tech-enabled / software solutions
Strong execution mindset with ability to manage both sales and operational responsibilities
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment
Good to have
Experience working with clinics, hospitals, or diagnostics
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Experience coordinating with vendors / distributors
