Job Overview
We are eager to onboard a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Operations Analyst to join our division. You will work closely with our Consultants, Editors, and Student Managers in supporting our clients as they apply to universities across the United States. As such, you will need to demonstrate a high level of judgment, care, and reliability in supporting the division's day-to-day operations.
Our ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in operational, logistical, and analytical roles. The role requires you to proactively monitor workflows and anticipate operational needs by designing systems that ensure the completion of critical tasks.
Commitment during the college admissions season (August–December) is required due to increased assignment volume and fixed deadlines.
Given the niche nature of our industry, candidates can expect thorough training and regular feedback from supervisors to help them grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Process Improvement
- Bottleneck Analysis: Generate insight and analyze the workflow to identify stages where tasks stall by investigating root causes of delays to provide data-backed recommendations to leadership
- Operational Reliability: Uphold established processes and standards meticulously while also identifying areas to improve and innovating solutions
- Project & Systems Management
- Timeline Tracking: Uphold and enforce turnaround times to ensure consistent execution of deliverables across the division
- Task Tracking: Coordinate and monitor progress among action items, ensuring clear ownership and consistent follow-through across the division
- Data Integrity: Manage and audit internal databases within Google Workspace and Monday.com to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively monitor high-volume workflows during the peak admissions season (August–December) to ensure all fixed deadlines are met
- SOP Development: Convert knowledge and information into formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing employees to utilize
- Version Control: Ensure internal resources are updated and accurate with the most current information and data
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Stakeholder Communication: Relay technical updates and operational decisions clearly and professionally to align the division around shared priorities
- Collaborative Execution: Support management and leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks that align the division around shared priorities and timelines
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of defense for technical glitches in internal databases and protocols for individual contributors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from any Top University in the Philippines
- Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, and Industrial Engineering Degrees are preferred but not required
Prior experience in project management, data analysis, logistical operations, and administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com is required
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and lexicon
Experience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred but not required
Experience working PST hours is preferred but not required

Proficient in navigating web-based business tools such as Gmail, Slack, Monday.com, and similar communication or project management systems to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.
- Experience in working successfully within multidisciplinary teams, leveraging the diverse skills, abilities, and knowledge of colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, contributing to group problem-solving and project execution.
