Key Responsibilities\n\n* Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to generate leads and schedule meetings.\n* Identify and engage with key decision-makers (hiring managers) at target companies.\n* Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to build relationships and drive interest.\n* Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining fit for our services.\n* Pulling leads from Indeed Job Postings.\n* Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff.\n* Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect data.\n* Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and lead generation targets.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\n* 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in B2B.\n* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).\n* Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and appointment setting.\n* Comfortable handling objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.\n* Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tracker) and sales automation software is a plus.\n* Highly organized with strong time management skills to coordinate and schedule meetings effectively.\n* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
