We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic systems to drive enterprise-wide automation and intelligent decision-making. This role combines deep technical capabilities with strategic thinking to identify, design, and implement scalable AI solutions across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze enterprise-wide business processes, subprocesses, and task-level activities to identify automation opportunities
Design and implement AI-driven strategies using GenAI and agentic systems to optimize operations
Develop architecture mappings and frameworks for scalable, intelligent automation across domains such as procurement, inventory, and operations
Translate business needs into actionable AI solutions aligned with organizational goals
Design, build, and deploy machine learning and NLP models for real-world business applications
Develop GPT-based solutions, including:
- Text generation and summarization
- Contextual search and embeddings
- Multilingual translation systems
Continuously improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy
Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows
Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision-making
Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization in production environments
Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure)

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI
Experience with GPT models, embeddings, and LLM-based architectures
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools
Hands-on experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms
Experience building data pipelines and analytics dashboards
Ability to map business processes to AI-driven solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience driving enterprise automation initiatives
