About the job: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid\n\nWork Schedule: Morning Shift\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati\n\nEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines\n\nRoles and responsibilities\n\n* Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM modules.\n* Conduct requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.\n* Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration specifications.\n* Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.\n* Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.\n* Conduct user training and prepare training materials.\n* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively implemented.\n* Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.\n* Assist with metadata extraction, explanation of the conversion process, defining requirements, and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.\n\nRequirements:\n\n* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.\n* 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.\n* At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.\n* Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.\n* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
