Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Create and curate engaging content and social media calendar for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and image.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and integrate them into the overall strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, etc to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Generate regular reports on key social media metrics and campaign performance.
