Job Openings Data and Reporting Analyst - Makati (dayshift)

Shift: Dayshift / 8:30am- 5:30PM ( M-F) / (First Saturday of the month is working, all other Saturday and Sundays are off.)

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Kalayaan Makati)

Responsibilities:

Data Reporting & Visualization
Design, Download, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, and D365 native reporting tools(Power BI is a plus).
Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Monitor data quality, consistency, and performance of reporting solutions.
D365 Data Management
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and inhouse enterprise software (Finance & Operations, Sales, or other modules as applicable).
Ensure data integrity and consistency within D365 and related reporting systems.
Process Improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to improve data governance and reporting standards.
Identify gaps in existing reports or data flows and propose enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting Management or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or other relevant modules).
Proficiency in Excel
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
