Cent AI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Manager (Centre Head) to lead and manage the overall operations of our center. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a passion for driving business growth. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing teams, and achieving revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end center operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase center profitability.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of academic counselors, sales executives, and support staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrollments, conversions, retention rates, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer engagement by maintaining high service standards and resolving escalations effectively.
  • Plan and execute local marketing activities, outreach programs, and partnerships to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain operational excellence through proper scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and academic operations to align center objectives with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Proven experience in center management, branch management, or operations leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex situations and escalations.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and operational reporting systems.

Preferred Background:

  • 4–6 years of experience in managing centers, preferably in education, edtech, training, or service-based industries.
  • Experience in handling sales-driven environments and leading high-performance teams.
  • Familiarity with student counseling, admissions processes, or customer lifecycle management is a plus.
