Workplace Experience Specialist
About the Role:
As our Workplace Experience Specialist, you will own day-to-day operations for our New York City office and lead event planning and execution for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the company. You’ll partner closely with ERG leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, inclusive experiences that strengthen culture and community.
In addition to ERG programming, you will manage onsite operations, vendor partnerships, and workplace logistics to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for employees and guests.
This role is full-time, exempt, and reports to the Director, Workplace Experience & Operations. Regular in-office presence is required in our SoHo office, with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
Role Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
- Lead day-to-day workplace operations in New York, serving as the primary point of contact for onsite employee and guest experience
- Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and property management coordination
- Proactively manage workplace spend and inventory to maintain office readiness at all times
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively, scaling processes to drive efficiency and consistency as we grow.
- Manage timelines, logistics, vendors, and budgets to deliver programs on time and within scope
- Support additional offices and broader PX initiatives as needed
ERG Programming:
- Partner closely with ERG leaders and cross-functional teams to translate vision into inclusive experiences that strengthen our culture
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, summits, and activations - managing all timelines, logistics, and vendors
- Track program outcomes and use data to improve future initiatives

Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, hospitality, or event management role
- Service-oriented and customer-centric; you are deeply customer-centric and enjoy creating positive, memorable experiences for others.
- Agile and Tech-Savvy, you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and are comfortable learning new systems, including AI tools, to work smarter
- Bias for Action, you are a proactive, dependable teammate who can manage the NYC hub and ERG logistics with high autonomy.
Compensation:
