About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking B2C Operations Customer Expert to provide high-quality customer support for private customers. You will handle inbound calls related to subscriptions, billing, devices, and general inquiries, ensuring a warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound B2C customer calls in Italian
  • Support customers with:
    • Subscriptions and contracts
    • Billing and payment questions
    • Device and technical issues
  • Provide an empathetic and customer-focused experience
  • Identify and promote relevant products or services when suitable
  • Accurately document interactions and follow procedures
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

Profile & Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 22:00
  • 8 working hours + 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day

Training

  • Paid training: 15 working days
  • 8 hours per day
  • Covers:
    • Systems and tools
    • Product & service knowledge
    • Customer communication and call handling
    • On-the-job practice

Employment contract is signed after successful completion of training.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly gross salary: €941
  • Holiday allowance: €78.42/month
  • Christmas allowance: €78.42/month
  • Meal allowance: €7 per working day (€154/month, tax-exempt)

Total monthly package: €1,250 gross
