Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Leading complex projects,

• Bridging communication between the business and technical teams,

• Driving strategic solutions that align with business goals and testing all changes from the Technical Team,

• Play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time while accurately meeting the needs of the project,

• Working with the Business on the creation of Business Requirement Documents,

• Creation and execution of Test Case Documents,

• Researching and analysis of data,

• Serves as liaison between the business and Technical Teams,

• Understanding how the business works in order to effectively work with both the Business and Technical Teams.

Work Experience:

• 3 + years of professional as a Business Analyst.

• Experience working within projects right from inception helping to identify Requirements testing needs, creating Business Requirements and building out the test plans.

• Good understanding and Hands on experience of Software Development Lifecycle process and Testing techniques.

• Experience working in large projects, cross functional and in a dynamic environment.

• Understanding of Requirement Traceability Matrix and responsible for mapping of test cases to business requirements and functional designs.

• Good knowledge and exposure to Project and Test management tools such as Microsoft DevOps, Jira, Visual Studio TFS, Microsoft Data Tools.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Documentation: Ability to produce clear and structured documentation, including functional specifications, system documentation, and process descriptions.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience in writing test scripts, supporting test execution, and assisting in deployment activities; familiarity with automated testing approaches is an advantage.

• Data & SQL Expertise: Strong working knowledge of SQL, including query writing, data analysis, and experience with tools such as SSIS, triggers, job execution, and data management tools.

• Programming Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python.

• API & Integration Testing (Bonus): Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, TestCollab, or DataBricks is considered a plus.

• Tools & Productivity: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

Salary:  2,135.94 - 3,051.37 eur gross/month
