About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support global recruitment operations by ensuring efficient coordination of hiring processes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires professional command in English, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity in a fast-paced international environment.
What you will do
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Update and publish job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen and review CVs in line with role requirements and hiring criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
- Draft and prepare employment offers and related candidate documentation.
- Maintain communication and provide regular updates to external recruitment agencies.
- Support Talent Acquisition Managers throughout the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks related to hiring processes.
- Be the spider in our Talent Acquisition web to connect the dots between various hiring projects and TA Managers.
What will you need
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Ashby, Lever or Greenhouse considered a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Excel user skills for creating and maintaining data on hiring performance.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting international recruitment processes is an advantage.
