Available Roles
Content Moderator

• Monitor and review user-generated content

• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines

• Flag, escalate, and manage sensitive or inappropriate material

• Help create a safe and respectful digital environment

Customer Support Agent

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Deliver an excellent customer experience

• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Czech language: C1-C2 level

• English: B1 or higher

• EU citizenship or valid work visa

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience is a plus but not required
