As a New Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d/) reporting to the Sales Team Leader, your purpose will be to sell the Booksy product in accordance with company guidelines, while maintaining and expanding the customer base. The New Acquisition Specialist is responsible for active customer acquisition and management of the entire sales cycle of SaaS and Boost products, from the first contact to closing the transaction.

Your responsibilities wil include:

  • Conducting sales conversations, both over the phone and online, with clients acquired by Booksy and those from our own activities.
  • Reaching out to decision-makers of potential clients.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Responding to client objections
  • Creating product demos and assisting potential clients with the initial setup of the application according to their needs.
  • Conducting market research to take necessary actions to adapt to client needs or trends
  • Recording activities in the CRM (Salesforce)

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a dedicated sales or business development role.
  • Sales Competency: A deep understanding of sales techniques and the ability to pivot your approach based on the client's needs.
  • Salesforce Proficiency: You are comfortable managing the full funnel, tracking leads, and interpreting sales and commission reports to optimize your performance.
  • Social Prospecting: A proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients through social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Polish and at least a B1/B2 level of English. Polish will be the primary language of collaboration, while a communicative level of English is required for internal communication.
