About the role 

We are looking for a Production Associate to complement our team and working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry. The role will be aligned to support our omnichannel Content Delivery Manager, focusing on building emails, CLM in the selected tool.    

You must have the ability to partner effectively with brand teams and understand business and customer experience goals, working closely with preferred suppliers and internal cross-functional areas to ensure successful and timely delivery of those projects.  

This role is ideally suited to a driven individual who is looking for their next step in a digitally focused creative or marketing and operations role   

What you’ll do 

  • Assemble emails using the email authoring tool Knak (https://knak.com/) as a primary tool, this will be alongside proprietary client tools for which training will be provided.  

  • Content management for digital platforms ensuring alignment and coherence across brands  

  • Working with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end-to-end process of creation of emails and potentially occasional newsletters, including simple design and email layout, internal approval and omnichannel tagging  

  • Create CLM (Close Loop Marketing) digital assets using HTML, test and optimise for deployment  

  • Responsible for management of projects within Jira platform, creating, updating and tracking all project work from brief through to delivery  

  • Video, image and asset editing of existing materials using Adobe and other creative tools  

  • Produce and update digital assets, including banner and GIF creation, print ad edits, and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite  

  • Experience in Veeva PromoMats for development and migration of assets.   

  • Collaborative engagement with all delivery teams and stakeholders  

  • Act as the region Knak champion, providing technical support and running drop in sessions  

  • Participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand  

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures and operational frameworks.  

  • Participate in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirements  

  • Use AI tools to enhance creativity, accelerate production timelines, and maintain consistent quality across deliverables.

 

 About you

  • Skilled in the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro/After Effects in order to make minor artwork amends   

  • Experience of creating emails within Knack or similar email building tool is a key advantage  

  • Bachelor's degree in design or marketing (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience  

  • Experience within the pharma or healthcare industry would be an advantage  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)  

  • HTML/CMS/JS knowledge  

  • An understanding of layout principles and the “cause and effect” of resizing a campaign with knowledge of responsive design principles  

  • Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira  

  • Have a detail-oriented mind, be well-organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail  

  • Should possess good oral and written communication skills and have a collaborative approach  

  • Candidate must reside in Sweden, expectation of Hybrid working at client’s offices for 3 days per week in Forskaren – Stockholm   

  • Swedish native language with business level written and verbal English, other Nordic languages would be an advantage
