✅ Main Responsibilities:
Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
✅ Requirements:
Proficiency in both written and spoken Malay and English.
Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
