Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
- Provide training and assistance to clients on our platform and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client support or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using support software and tools.
