DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Renewal Manager is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end contract renewal cycle for existing customers. The role ensures timely renewals, accurate processing of documentation, proactive customer engagement, and seamless coordination across sales, operations, and finance. This position plays a key part in protecting recurring revenue, improving retention rates, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
As the Renewal Executive, you will:
1. Renewal Management & Customer Engagement
- Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts.
- Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal timelines to understand their requirements, product usage, and potential concerns.
- Lead renewal discussions, gather necessary information, and resolve customer queries to ensure successful and timely renewals.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, cross-sell, and account expansion, and collaborate with Sales teams or partners to drive additional revenue.
2. Renewal Pipeline Management
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date renewal pipeline within the CRM system.
- Track renewal progress, update opportunity statuses, and document all customer interactions in a timely manner.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups to drive pipeline movement and achieve closure targets.
3. Customer Communication & Campaign Support
- Support and execute renewal reminder campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls and emails, ensuring responses are tracked and managed effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and reports to relevant stakeholders.
4. Commercial Coordination & Documentation
- Prepare and issue accurate renewal quotations and contracts.
- Review and validate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure alignment with agreed terms.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams for timely invoice generation and processing.
- Track delivery of products/services (if applicable) and obtain customer confirmation.
- Maintain complete and organized documentation for all renewal-related transactions.
5. Reporting & Record Management
- Maintain detailed records, including call logs, renewal trackers, and customer communications.
- Prepare and share regular reports (weekly/monthly) on renewal pipeline status, closures, customer engagement, and outstanding items.

- Accuracy in PO and invoice processing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in renewal management, inside sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of renewal workflows, sales processes, and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing renewal pipelines, tracking overdue renewals, and preparing status dashboards.
