About the Role:

This is one of our first hires for our Go-To-Market function in India. You’ll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions. This is a high-growth opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build depth and breadth in strategy and operations, with direct exposure to healthcare innovation and venture building.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Market Intelligence

Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org
Maintain a central knowledge base

2. Strategic Analysis

Develop financial and operational models
Translate research into decision-ready recommendations
Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials

3. Growth Support

Analyze new markets, partners, and services
Contribute to marketing and sales materials
Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project tracking

Qualifications:

1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools
Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background
