• Klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat behandelen

• Account-, service- en supportvragen oplossen

• Professionele en empathische klantenservice

• Kwaliteit en prestatie standaarden naleven

Vereisten:

• Deens, Duits, Portugees of Nederlands C2

• Engels B2+

• Ervaring in klantenservice is een plus

• Bereidheid tot relocatie naar Athene

Documentatie:

• EU-burgerschap

• Volledige of doelgerichte werkvergunning

• Beschermingsstatus (vluchtelingen)
