We are hiring Bilingual Sales Consultants to join our inbound B2B Sales Project in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals who love communication, negotiation, and helping business clients grow through tailored solutions.

As a Sales Consultant, you will handle incoming leads, identify customer needs, provide professional product presentations, and close deals with efficiency and enthusiasm.

Requirements

Spanish and English fluency (minimum B2 level)
Minimum 1 year of previous B2B sales experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong motivation, teamwork, and target-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 1,560 gross/month
Payments: 14 salaries per year (12 monthly salaries, 1 Easter bonus, 1 bonus split between Summer & Christmas)
Uncapped Quarterly Performance Bonus based on results

Relocation & Onboarding Support

If you are relocating to Greece from abroad:

3 weeks of free hotel accommodation near the office (upon arrival)
Relocation support up to 300 gross (included in 1st payment)

Important Notes:

Employees must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for documents and setup.
On-site work required for the first 3 months (unless you already live in Greece with housing and a stable internet connection).
Not included: airport transfer, long-term accommodation, or real estate agency assistance.
