We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves collaboration, and brings creativity and precision to every project.

Events & Logistics: · Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up · Order supplies needed for events and ensure items arrive in a timely fashion · Assist in site and vendor selection and negotiating the best possible rates and terms · Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders · Supervise suppliers at events, assign duties, and provide general direction
Development of Products for Sales Team: · Support senior sales teams and sales representatives with the development of new products · Create and Improve Products
Job Requirements: · Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (both written and spoken) · Basic experience in managing all aspects of events, including pre-planning, resource allocation, pre-event marketing, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up · Strong organizational skills to order supplies and ensure timely delivery for events · Basic leadership skills to supervise event staff, assign responsibilities, and provide clear direction · Ability to build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders · Basic experience in site and vendor selection, with the ability to negotiate favorable rates and contract terms · Support senior sales teams and representatives in the development of new products · Creativity and initiative to create and improve products that support sales objectives
