About the job: SAP FICO - Consultant (Makati) | Hybrid\n\nWork Schedule: Morning Shift\n\nWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati\n\nEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Support the SAP FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.\n* Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.\n* Assist in requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.\n* Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.\n* Work with technical teams to support the development and testing of WRICEF objects.\n* Contribute to the adoption of the SAP Activate methodology and the fit-to-standard approach.\n* Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional issues.\n* Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n* 4 to 7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in the finance domain.\n* Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and business process mapping.\n* Good understanding of Universal Journal, Financial Closing, and Reporting in S/4HANA.\n* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.\n* Exposure to cross-module integration with MM, SD, and PP.\n* Basic understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.\n\nCertifications:\n\n* Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification\n* Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)\n\nEducational Background\n\n* Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
