Key Responsibilities
Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, processes, and system navigation in line with SLAs and quality expectations.
Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries, ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch by leveraging readily accessible information and guidelines.
Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.
Maintain customer contact until request is resolved
Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant next level support as needed.
Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with Global People Services – People Services team members to ensure alignment and consistency.
Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.
Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.
Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with HR technology (i.e. Workday, case management tools) is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
English language is required.
