We are currently looking for Multilingual Digital Marketing Specialists to join an international digital advertising team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This role focuses on supporting advertisers and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on a global video streaming platform. You will work in a dynamic environment helping businesses improve the performance of their online advertising strategies.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid work model

Schedule

Monday to Friday

09:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Provide recommendations to increase advertising effectiveness

• Work with performance data and marketing tools to support campaign growth

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign results

Requirements

• Fluency in German, Dutch, or Danish (C1 or native level)

• B2 level English

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Google Ads or digital advertising tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
